Quotation Terms & Conditions

Validity of Quote:

Quotations given are valid for a period of 1 month from the date of issuance. After the expiration of this period, The Bougainvilleas reserves the right to revise or adjust the pricing and terms at its sole discretion.

Guest Count and Pricing:

In case of a decrease in the guest count, The Bougainvilleas reserves the right to adjust the charges accordingly, including any applicable minimum charge requirements.

Minimum Charge and Guest Count:

Each room within The Bougainvilleas has a minimum charge requirement that must be met, regardless of the actual guest count. This minimum charge covers basic facility usage, staffing, and related costs.
Any shortfall in meeting the minimum charge for the designated room will result in an adjustment to the final invoice to meet the required minimum charge.
